This museum is known for interpreting and displaying the University's Medieval and Renaissance collection, known as the Martin D'Arcy, S.J., Collection. Note that additional permanent collections as well as rotating exhibitions are also on display. Via exploration and reflection, the overall collection of pieces seeks to provide each viewer with a deeper understanding or art and artistic expression. Silver Clouds

In an installation of Andy Warhol's Silver Clouds, visitors wade through helium-filled "pillows" that float, floor to ceiling through a 2,000 square-foot gallery in the Loyola University Museum of Art suggesting heavenly bodies and children's birthday parties in equal measure.
Five dance troupe's perform during the exhibition's run.
