Bronzeville Children's Museum
Even though there are more than 100 children's museums in the country, it is the only one dedicated to the story of blacks and their journey from Africa to America.

Kids on the Fly, Chicago Children's Museum at O'Hare
Are you a parent traveling with children who wants to take a break from the hectic mess of airport travel? If so, head over to the departure level of Terminal 2, where you will find an assortment of interactive exhibits that will wear the little ones out in no time. There is an assortment of displays, including a two-story purple cargo airplane, complete with movable foam rubber cargo. Parents can rest on park benches. |

Kohl Children's Museum
Kohl Children's Museum is a hands-on learning laboratory for children ages birth to 8 years of age. All exhibits and programs are aligned to the Illinois State Learning Standards and are designed to make learning fun and interesting for young children. Located in Glenview which includes Habitat Park, a year - round, two acre outdoor exhibit with a sculpture maze and an underground tunnel.

Kohl McCormick StoryBus
The Kohl McCormick StoryBus is a children's literacy museum on wheels that visits schools and community events in the Chicago area. Housed inside a 37-foot Winnebago, the bus promotes reading to students at the kindergarten and pre-k levels. Filled with a rotating collection of hands-on interactive exhibits, the StoryBus transports children inside the worlds of favorite children's stories, such as The Little Red Hen, The Gingerbread Man, The Three Little Pigs, and Goldilocks and the Three Bears. |

Lambs Farm
Founded in 1961, Lambs Farm is a premier non-profit organization serving adults with developmental disabilities. Lambs Farm has grown from a small pet shop in Chicago to a 72-acre campus located in Libertyville, Illinois where opportunity flourishes for the more than 250 men and women served.

Orpheum Children's Science Museum
The Orpheum Children's Science Museum is a children's science museum located in an old Orpheum Theater in Downtown Champaign. The Museum covers all of the entrance to the theater, and some adjoining space outside. There are plans to turn the stage and theater part into exhibits soon. The Orpheum has many exhibits, ranging from a simple machines castle to a musical instrument made of pvc tubing. |
