Rent some ice skates and skate to your heart's content at one of the many ice rinks in the parks this winter. With two downtown locations, one at Millennium Park ( Skate rentals cost $10.00 at Millennium Park) and one at Daley Bicentennial Plaza, Chicago provides plenty of ice to skate on.

Note: Skating is at the Daley Bicentennial Plaza located at 337 E. Randolph St. Not to be confused with the Daley Center Plaza located on Washington St. between Dearborn and Clark streets.

$3.00 Skate Rental; Admission is $4.00 for children 12 and younger, $5.00 for ages 13 and older, and $2.00 for Seniors 60 and older. Food concessions are available.

General Info

Enjoy the winter season with a skating excursion. Skaters of all abilities can enjoy skating in the picturesque surroundings of Millennium Park or Daley Bicentennial Plaza. Both are located near the lakefront, shopping and casual dining. The Park Cafe is immediately adjacent to the rink at Millennium Park. Bring the family, bring a date or just meet someone while skating. You are sure to have a great time.
