A giant circular bar is unavoidable in the center of the room as are the red pastel chairs, yellowish walls and big windows looking out onto 87th Street. Loud, sweet soul music blares from the jukebox. Let the bartender set you up South Side-style; some gin, a bottle of juice and a glass of ice. Or try a beer on the rocks.
