Owners Brenda and Perry Fotopoulos have hired a savvy and enthusiastic staff that includes several sommeliers for their comfortable West Loop loft wine bar. Guests can order by the flight, glass or bottle from a selection of more than 100 wines, many of them from boutique producers. Artisanal cheeses, other appetizers and desserts also are a specialty and can be ordered downstairs in the bar, or upstairs, where seating includes comfy couches, eclectic sounds and a breathtaking skyline view of downtown Chicago.
