Inside the Rock Bottom Brewery you will notice the warm wood design with Prairie style interior details. The lighting and overall room design will make you think that Frank Lloyd Wright had something to do with the look. During warm days, take a lunch break on the roof-top beer garden. In the winter, enjoy a round or two of pool in the billiards room. And just to the left of the entrance, check out the group of brewing kettles producing their signature beers. Some take two weeks to brew, while other recipes may take up to six months. The beer list changes with the seasons, but its regulars include Terminal Stout, Erik the Red Ale and Line Drive Light. A darn good beer and a heckuva filling meal.

For an appetizer, try the Brewery Beer and Cheese Taster. For $9.49 you get a heap of summer sausage and an array of gruyere fondue, gouda, and 2-year aged cheddar. It also comes with horseradish mustard, crackers, grapes and apple slices. Move onto one of their original meals. For $9.99 you can enjoy Smoked Chicken Enchiladas. A hickory-smoked flavor will kick in while you down this plate. It is served with Monterey Jack cheese and wrapped in blue corn tortillas with ranchero sauce. Steaks, ribs, pastas, pizza and sandwiches complete a full menu.
