Arun Sampanthavivat wanted to help create a fine dining Thai restaurant with careful attention given to excellent food, efficient service, and a clean and comfortable ambiance. Even though the location was is small, Arun maintained that it was possible to create an upscale eatery in a storefront space. He hoped that one day this small storefront restaurant would become a sought-after destination for all Thai food aficionados.
