Its stunningly designed interior offers the thirsty a trip through six of Ireland’s historic watering holes. You can sip a Guinness in an area of the restaurant resembling an ancient Celtic stone hut; tip back a Jameson in another area designed to resemble a rural Irish pub; slice into a Shepherd's  Pie in the corner of a 1900s city pub; order a delicious Irish breakfast on the deck of an ancient Celtic ship; nibble bangers in an Irish Victorian pub or munch on fish and chips in an area resembling a country cottage with picnic tables for seating. Now, all of this may seem like something Walt Disney dreamed up, but it’s quite striking. And very enjoyable. The Guinness is tasty and served chilled (no serving at room temperature here) and the Gaelic Steak marinated in Jameson is a trip to gourmet heaven.
