The menu is always changing and keeping up with a steady crowd of overwhelmingly satisfied customers. Most of the food is organic with natural ingredients and it’s evident in the taste. If you stop by for lunch, go right for one of their specialties, Pollito en Adobo. For $15.00 you get a large grilled and organic Gunthorp chicken breast, prepared with red chile Adobo sauce, butternut puree, Snug Haven spinach and grilled onions. And if you are watching your figure, they have one of the most complete light entrée menus for lunch anywhere near downtown. For $15.00 go for the healthy Tacos al Carbon. You choose from naturally raised skirt steak marinated in garlic, Maple Creek pork chops with pineapples and bacon, Gunthorp chicken or duck, or farm raised Catfish. Any of these out-of-this-world tasting meats will be served with roasted pepper rajas, salsa, frijoles charros, guacamole, and freshly made tortillas. Put an exclamation point on it all by ordering Sopa Azteca, the best tasting tortilla soup outside of Mexico City.
