Your hosts Glenn Keefer, Rich Keefer and James de Castro, welcome you to enjoy Chef John Hogan's straightforward cooking, widely considered some of the best in the business. Signature dishes include the 22 ounce T-bone and the 17 ounce New York strip, a carnivore's dream, served with expertly executed bearnaise, bordelaise and peppercorn sauces.

Other highlights include an "I must be in Chicago" smoked grilled pork chop served with homemade sauerkraut; sautéed halibut brushed with Dijon mustard and crusted with breadcrumbs; and an awesome jumbo lump crab cake with remoulade.
