It all began with a dream.....
One day a long time ago, Joe Snapp decided he wanted more thean on flavor of ice cream on his ice cream cone. As his love of ice cream developed, he created the five flavored Rainbow Cone.
With just the right amount of choclolate, strawberry, palmer house and pistachio ice cream, he added orange sherbet for a unique tast that would make him famous throughout the south side of Chicago and hopefully the world.
